Hey guys, another update.
Here is a list of things that needs to be addresses before I can release the first batch of Dev Boards:
Things to Implement or to finish implementing:
//AUDIO
-OPL2 Interface - Presently writing code to get the OPL2 working and tested. (90%)***
-CODEC - ADC and DAC I2S Interface to Memory so sound can be generated or captured and read or written to memory
-FPGASID - Finish to debug the interface to the DAC. (90%)***
// SYSTEM
-Timers - Finish the implementation of the Timer Block (2x 24Bits Timers) (50% Done)***
-Interrupt Controller - Finish the Implementation of the Interrupt Controller (50% Done)***
-DMA Controller (0% Done)
// VIDEO
-Tiling System***
-Sprites***
-Video DMA Controller
// DEBUG
-Debug back-door system and the associate software to drive it.***
***: These are the items I want to be finished with, before releasing anything.
The other aspect of releasing the board is to actually build the boards. I built one B2 version which turns out to work great, so I just need to build more.
Finally, there will be some delay in the release with the dev. board essentially because I am actually pretty busy at work and for a couple of weeks, I will have to focus more on it. I apologize for the delay.
Thank you for your attention,
Stefany
