Well, well, well... After finding a pesky bug with the 3.3V to 5V translators which I obviously repeated everywhere since there are a lot of them. (wrong state for the OE, active Hi, instead of Low, Grrr...) I managed to get a really clean Reset Signal to the CPU as well as good and decent 14.318Mhz Clock. As it turns out, this is basically the only thing you need to get a good old 8Bits CPU to start purring like a kitten!
And here it is: (this is line A0) probably trying to fetch the Vectors to start booting.
However, the CPU is directly connected to GAVIN and unfortunately, GAVIN is yet programmed because my USB Blaster (chinese copy) don't work. So I guess I will have to be patient before I can see more action with the CPU.
