I'm retired from my day gig now. When I was working my day job, back in 82-85 , it took me 2.5 years to finish Fastfingers V1 , with 1 kid in diapers and one on the way. Even retired now, I have put in at least 3 years of full time work on V2 over the past 8 years.
I did not realize that you had a day job. This is a very ambitious project.
I would like to see more activities too, but till peeps get their hands on units, I guess there is very little people can chat about.
I am the doing the best I can right now to come up with something as soon as possible. I am more busy then usual at work which directly affects my effectiveness and speed of executions of implementing and debugging the Foenix. Things are moving nicely but slowly. I wish I would have a month to work on it, I would spit that thing out in no time... We are certainly closer than ever for me to start releasing some information about the system and soon to follow, the system itself. I just need time.

Dan,
I would like to see more activities too, but till peeps get their hands on units, I guess there is very little people can chat about.

So, be patient, I think it will be worth it.
Cheers,
